  • 1.To establish and run orphanages, children homes, widow homes, old aged homes, handicapped centers, rehabilitation centers, libraries and other charitable institutions and to undertake all such measures and activities as Govt. policy.
  • 2. To work for all round development of women, children and uneducated general people, poor people, widows, handicapped, dumb and deaf, mentally retarded and socially hackward people. And to make best efforts for protection promotion and advancement of helpless persons specially children and women.
  • 3. To provide education to the General public, the poor, needy, widow, handicapped, orphans, destitute, mentally retired persons, poor students from S. C. 's/ S. T. s, weaker communities and wards of martyr soldiers etc., as per rules and regulations of Govt. of India. And to arrange, establish and look- after Nursery / Primary Secondary / Senior Secondary College / Polytechnic etc. and to get recognition from concerned Boards or Councils, or U.G.C. etc. and to work for the eradication illiteracy amongst rural people.
  • 4. To start various programmes against child labour and take-up effective but reasonable and lawful steps in this connection for the welfare of the childrem
  • 5. To educate the people about various family planning methods for birth control and benefits associated with it and to organize health care caimps free of the cost. And to get implemented population control programmes of Central/State Government.
  • 6. To establish and run vocational training centers, vocational guidance and income generation skill, after seeking permission from competent authority.
  • 7. To assist unemployed members to obtain work and to afford relief to those who may in financial strains at the discretion of the Governing Council.
  • 8. To start, establish and run centers to train the youth to run the small-scale industries/systems in rural and urban areas as Govt. policy.
  • 9. To promote health and medical programmes, preventives as well as curative for the tribal, rural and urban people and to establish dispensary (mobile and stationery), maternity homes, hospitals, health centers, crèches, etc., as per Govt. rules.
  • 10. To organize free medical camps, blood donations camps, eye donation camps, etc, village and other rural areas for the benefit of the general public.
  • 11. To draw up plans for all round development of the people of tribal areas, Scavengers and Harijans and their implementation.
  • 12. To organize consumer awareness programmes and to do the needful to help consumers. m
  • 13. To make best efforts to remove Social Evils from the society such Dowry Demand, Early Marriage, Drug Addiction, Caste System and Untouchability etc.
  • 14. To act to plan, undertake, implement, run assist help, coordinate and run projects, schemes, activities, institutions, measures to attain development and welfare of women, children, aged, under privileged, etc. GO

To open, manage and organize the centers and their organization for the all round development of the ladies who are very poor and having no shelter in a form of Mahila Kalyan Kendra, Nari Niketan, Shilp Kala Kendra, Bal Avam Shishu Palan Grah, Tailoring, Embroidery, Knitting, Music Vocal and Instrumental, etc., as per Govt. rules.
  • 16. To maintaining run and construct Basti Vikas Kendra, Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Jan Suvidha Paristar, Anganwari, etc, with the help of concerned authorities for giving the education to the students, social neglected people, children and women's in rural area.
  • 17. To open and make available Hostels & School for boys and girls rights from the standard of primary education to higher education so that they may got opportunities for the development to their health and literacy test in a happiness and entertaining surroundings, as per Govt. rules.
  • 18. To arrange and mange the training institution in Typing, Shorthand, Computer, Fine Art Crafts, Music, Painting, Nature Paithy Ayurveda Physical Education and in other professional training subjects with the approved of concerned authorities.
  • 19. To carry on AR OF community development programmes/activities and also contact and development the community Halls, Barat Ghar, Pios, Sulabh Schchalay Old Age Homes, Charitable Dispensaries, Hospitals, Libraries, Reading Rooms, Anganwari Balwari, and other training and research institutes for the attainment of aims and objects of the society, with the help of concerned authority.
  • 20. To take up effective but reasonable and lawful steps for the eradications of social-evils such as Bal Vivah, Wastage of money in various functions use of wine/smack, child labour.
  • 21. To make adequate arrangement and start/run rehabilitation centers for destitute, widow, old men & women, poor, beggar, handicapped, dumb and deaf, and for mentally retarded persons for their social/civic enlistment, as per msalim Gout rules.
  • 22. To open the institutes & hostels for the handicapped, deaf, dumb and blind, etc., as per Govt. rules.
  • 23. To establish mobile team of social workers to travel throughout India to impact the social, moral and spiritual value of society through various awareness programmes, especially in Jails, Schools, and Colleges and in rural areas as per Govt. rule.
  • 21. To provide communication with the Govt. bodies and active social groups spread all over the country specially in the area of women, children, slums, tribal area, etc.
  • 25. To provide the help to the public thought the organizations like NEPA, UNICEF, UNSESCO, WHO and utilize the financials help in the development of the poor needy people.
  • 26. To start publications to publish books, booklets, magazines on various Indian languages to provide awareness on health and social status witli the approved of concerned authorities.
  • 27. To print and publish any newspapers, periodicals, books or leaflets that the association may think desirable for the promotion of the objects of the association status with the approved of concerned authorities.
  • 28. To acquire by purchase, lease, gift, grant, legacy, bequest, exchange or villu wise from persons company, government or institution, lands, buildings, motor vehicles and all other kinds of properties both movable and immovable for the attainment of the objects of the Society. Also, to construct, improve, alter and expand any buildings that may be found necessary for the purpose of the Society as per Govt. rule.
  • 29. To sell, mortgage/lease or otherwise dispose off all or any of the properties, movable or immovable, belonging to the Society as per Govt. rule.
  • 30. To receive financial and non-financial assistance for Govt./non Government Organization, International Bodies through FCRA, Banks, Company, and any other entity or individual for attaining the objective of the organization and to fulfill the needs of the people.
  • 31. To collect notices, notifications, policies, information's form the Govt. semi- Govt., NGOs, and other national/International Agencies and provides the same to the members of the society and the general public.

To give provide and/or render monetary and or other help and assistance for the relief of person and animals affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire famine, cyclone, earth quake, storm, accident, pestilence, droughts, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and the like, the give donation, subscriptions or institutions establishments, centers or persons doing relief work on such occasion.
  • 34. To make arrangement for mobile emergency van/ambulance for the victims of road accidents, provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to near by hospitals also to provide assistance to the old people for the emergency.
  • 35. To establish counseling centers for families and youngsters HIV AIDS in particular, as per Govt. rules.
  • 36. To provide help and consultancy the criminal, addict and suppressed person to live a normal and happy life.
  • 37. To strengthen and accelerate the process of national development and public welfare units special focus on social and educational improvement of the society.
  • 38. To encourage games/sports for the improvement of health amongst youth and children on the whole.
  • 39. To inculcate and disseminate environment awareness and to work for protection and conservation of environment OF SOC GISTRAR to PIRS
  • 40. To purchase/acquire land for schools and other establishments and construct building thereon of the cause of society as per Govt. rule.
  • 41. To establish, found and maintain as per various programmes / guidelines of Govt. of Local Bodies Library / Logos / Mess / Recreation Centers / Hostels / Reading Rooms for the educational institutions run by the society for the benefit of the entire community irrespective of caste, creed, race or religion, indifferent towns / villages/metros.The Society may, for the purpose of achieving its aims and objects associate itself with or assists any other society or organization having similar objects.
  • 43. To provide all charitable works which come under Society Registration Act.
  • 44. If on the winding up or dissolution of the Society, there shall remain after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities, any property whatsoever, the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of the society or any one of them, but shall be transferred only to some other society having similar objectives.
  • 45. To work with the help and assistance of police and other Government agencies in the direction to suppress and discourage any sort of corruption in India
  • 46. All the incomes, earnings, movable and immovable properties of the Society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects, as set forth in this Memorandum of Society and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profit or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the Society or any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the Society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable property of the Society or make any profits whatsoever, by virtue of his membership.
